Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented

Deployment/Operations Specialist

to manage on-ground deployment activities, coordinate documentation, and ensure operational SOPs are strictly followed. The ideal candidate should have an engineering background with hands-on experience in handling logistics documentation, mall coordination, and deployment support. Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities are essential.

Key Responsibilities:



1. Deployment & Documentation:



Ensure all pre- and post-deployment documentation such as e-way bills, challans, delivery notes, and installation reports, are prepared and maintained accurately. Coordinate with internal and external logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and installation of equipment/products. Keep real-time records of asset movement and inventory at deployment sites.

2. Mall Coordination:



Serve as the single point of contact for malls and commercial locations for all documentation and deployment-related queries. Liaise with mall authorities for permissions, access, and compliance requirements. Submit and follow up on required paperwork to ensure smooth operations.

3. SOP Adherence & On-Site Support:



Follow and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) during every stage of deployment. Ensure safety, compliance, and quality standards are met at the site.

4. Problem-Solving & Decision Making:



Identify and resolve deployment bottlenecks and last-mile challenges. Make quick, informed decisions during time-sensitive operational activities. Escalate risks and issues with clear context and suggest practical solutions.

5. Reporting & Communication:



Maintain deployment logs, daily progress reports, and feedback documentation. Provide status updates to internal stakeholders on deployments and escalations.

Key Requirements:



Education: B.E./B.Tech is mandatory; MBA preferred. Experience: 2-3 years in operations, deployment, logistics, or field execution roles.

Advanced and Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.

Knowledge of operational documentation like e-way bills, challans, asset transfer notes, etc. Strong communication skills and stakeholder management, especially with mall authorities. Decision-making, critical thinking, and quick problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel and be available for on-ground execution.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
