The Roastery Supervisor is responsible for managing daily coffee roasting operations, ensuring consistent quality, production efficiency, and team performance. This position plays a key role in producing high-quality roasted coffee and maintaining operational excellence in the roastery.
Supervise and lead the roasting team to meet daily production goals.
Operate and monitor coffee roasting equipment to ensure consistency and quality.
Perform regular quality control, including cuppings and roast profile evaluation.
Train and support new and existing team members in roasting and packaging procedures.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the roastery to meet health and safety standards.
Track inventory of green and roasted coffee, packaging materials, and supplies.
Troubleshoot and maintain roasting equipment to minimize downtime.
Record and report production data accurately and timely.
Collaborate with the Quality Control and Logistics teams to ensure order accuracy and timely fulfillment.
