Job Description

Medical Consultations & Assessment:

Conducting initial medical histories, physical examinations, and BMI/body fat analysis for new clients to determine eligibility for weight loss programs.

Treatment Planning:

Developing and prescribing tailored weight-loss, inch-loss, and obesity management plans, including diet, lifestyle modifications, and non-invasive procedures (e.g., ultrasound cavitation, RF, cryolipolysis).

Clinical Monitoring:

Reviewing client progress, evaluating improvements, and modifying treatment protocols as necessary.

Safety & Compliance:

Ensuring adherence to medical safety standards, hygiene, and sterilization protocols, as well as handling any adverse events or emergencies.

Documentation:

Maintaining accurate, confidential medical records and reports.

Staff Training & Support:

Training clinic therapists and staff on medical procedures and ensuring compliance with company treatment protocols.

Travel/Roaming:

Traveling between different clinic branches to ensure consistent medical standards and coverage.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Education:

MBBS Degree (Mandatory).

Registration:

Valid registration with the State Medical Council.

Experience:

Fresher or experienced doctors, with preference given to those with experience in obesity management, nutrition, or aesthetic medicine.

Skills:

Strong diagnostic skills, excellent communication, patient empathy, and ability to work in a team.

Interest:

Passion for preventive health, lifestyle medicine, and wellness.

Shift:

Day shifts, requiring flexibility.

Location:

Requires commuting or travel to multiple clinic branches in the designated region.

Pay: ?45,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
