Job Title:

Traffic Safety Engineer

Education:

B.E. / M.E. in Civil Engineering

Experience Required:

Minimum 5 Years

Job Responsibilities:

Plan, implement, and monitor

traffic safety measures

at project sites and surrounding public roads. Prepare and review

Traffic Management Plans (TMP)

as per IRC, MoRTH, and project specifications. Ensure proper installation and maintenance of traffic signs, barricades, cones, reflectors, road markings, and diversion plans. Conduct regular site inspections to identify traffic safety hazards and recommend corrective actions. Coordinate with site teams, contractors, and local traffic authorities for smooth and safe traffic movement. Monitor compliance with traffic safety standards during construction activities. Investigate traffic incidents/accidents and prepare reports with preventive measures. Conduct traffic safety training and toolbox talks for site staff and workmen. Maintain traffic safety records, checklists, and compliance reports.

Key Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of

traffic safety norms, IRC guidelines, and MoRTH specifications

Experience in highway, bridge, or infrastructure projects Ability to prepare and implement traffic diversion and safety plans Good communication and coordination skills

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
