to operate, maintain, and troubleshoot Reverse Osmosis (RO) water treatment systems. The technician will ensure optimal performance of the plant, maintain water quality standards, and carry out preventive and corrective maintenance activities as required.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor
RO plants
,
DM plants
,
softeners
, and other water treatment systems.
Perform
daily routine checks
on pumps, filters, membranes, and dosing systems.
Record operational parameters such as pressure, flow rate, conductivity, and pH levels.
Conduct
chemical cleaning
and
membrane replacement
when necessary.
Maintain logbooks, maintenance records, and water quality reports.
Perform
preventive maintenance
on equipment and identify potential faults.
Handle
dosing chemicals
safely and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Coordinate with the maintenance team during breakdowns and repairs.
Ensure treated water meets
quality standards
(as per IS/WHO norms).
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene around the RO plant area.
