Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and reliable RO Technician to install, service, and repair water purification systems for residential and commercial clients. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with RO systems and excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Installation and setup of RO water purifiers at customer locations.

Regular servicing and maintenance of RO systems (filter changes, system checks, etc.).

Diagnose and repair technical issues related to RO units.

Maintain service logs and complete reports for each visit.

Ensure timely visits and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Educate customers on proper system usage and maintenance.

Required Skills:

Sound knowledge of RO system components and functionality.

Ability to troubleshoot and repair common issues.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to travel locally for service calls.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma / ITI or relevant technical course.

Minimum 1 year of experience in RO installation and maintenance (freshers with training can also apply).

Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred.
