Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Installation and commissioning of RO water purifiers at client locations. Conduct regular preventive maintenance and servicing of RO systems. Diagnose technical problems and carry out corrective repairs. Maintain proper documentation of service reports, spare usage, and customer feedback. Provide demonstrations and basic training to customers on RO system usage. Ensure timely responses to customer service requests and complaints. Follow safety procedures and maintain tools/equipment in good condition.
