Kemfotech RO Systems is seeking a dynamic and results-driven RO Sales Executive to drive sales of domestic and commercial RO water purification systems. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, product knowledge, and the ability to build customer relationships while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development
Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, and customer referrals
Conduct product demonstrations at customer locations, offices, and residential areas
Promote and sell RO water purifiers to domestic and commercial clients
Identify potential customers and expand the customer base in assigned territories
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management
Follow up with prospective customers and convert inquiries into sales
Customer Engagement
Understand customer water quality concerns and recommend suitable RO solutions
Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and installation processes clearly
Provide accurate quotations and negotiate terms to close sales
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals
Address customer queries and coordinate with the technical team for post-sale support
Market & Product Knowledge
Stay updated on RO technologies, water purification trends, and competitor products
Conduct water testing demonstrations to showcase product necessity
Educate customers on the importance of clean water and health benefits
Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and market demands
Administrative & Coordination
Maintain daily sales reports, customer databases, and lead tracking records
Coordinate with the RO technician team for timely installations and service
Collect payments and ensure proper documentation of sales transactions
Participate in promotional events, campaigns, and marketing activities
Report sales performance and challenges to the branch manager regularly
Requirements: Experience & Education
1-3 years of experience in direct sales, preferably in RO systems, water purifiers, or home appliances (freshers with strong sales aptitude may also apply)
High school diploma or equivalent; graduation preferred
Prior experience in B2C or B2B sales is an advantage
Skills & Competencies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
Basic knowledge of RO systems and water purification (training will be provided)
Ability to work independently and manage field sales activities
Good organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Hindi and English; knowledge of local languages is a plus

Willingness to travel extensively within Delhi and nearby areas
Physically fit to conduct field visits and carry demonstration kits
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends if required
