Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Operation & Monitoring:

Start, operate, and shut down the RO plant as per standard operating procedures. Monitor key operating parameters like pressure, flow rates, conductivity, pH, and temperature. Ensure proper functioning of pre-treatment units such as softeners, sand filters, and activated carbon filters.

Maintenance:

Perform routine maintenance and cleaning (CIP) of membranes and filters. Coordinate with maintenance team for scheduled and breakdown maintenance. Replace cartridges, membranes, and other consumables as required.

Water Quality Control:

Conduct water quality tests and maintain proper log sheets. Ensure RO water output meets internal and external quality standards.

Record Keeping & Reporting:

Maintain daily operation and maintenance logs. Record chemical consumption and stock status. Report abnormal conditions, equipment malfunctions, or deviations to the supervisor.

Safety & Compliance:

Follow safety procedures, use PPE, and comply with company safety and environmental policies. Handle chemicals (e.g., antiscalant, sodium hypochlorite, etc.) safely.

Pay: ₹8,700.38 - ₹25,000.00 per month
