Job Description
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for each patient, including examinations, procedures, treatments, and progress notes. Prepare reports and summaries of patient consultations, diagnoses, and treatment plans. Ensure compliance with relevant legal and ethical standards regarding patient confidentiality and data protection. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate effectively with the multidisciplinary team, including ophthalmologists, optometrists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to provide coordinated patient care. Participate in team meetings, case discussions, and educational activities to enhance knowledge and skills. Communicate clearly and empathetically with patients, ensuring they understand their condition, treatment options, and post-treatment care instructions.
