The Resident Medical Officer (RMO) will be responsible for providing continuous medical support to patients, assisting psychiatrists and clinical teams, and ensuring quality healthcare delivery within the facility. The role requires a blend of clinical expertise, empathy, and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct routine patient rounds and monitor their physical and mental health status.
Assist psychiatrists and clinical consultants in patient assessment and management.
Maintain accurate patient records, reports, and progress notes.
Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide immediate care.
Administer prescribed medications and monitor treatment compliance.
Coordinate with nursing and therapy teams to ensure continuity of care.
Oversee admission, transfer, and discharge procedures.
Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to case discussions.
Ensure adherence to medical ethics, protocols, and facility standards.

Education: MBBS
Experience: 0-2 years
Skills:
