Responsibilities and Duties

1. Assessment, re-assessment of patients

2. Informing change in health condition of the patient to consultants

3. Follow instructions given by consultants

4. Making entries in medical records

5. Participate in various healthcare related safety and infection control programs

6. Preparation of discharge summary

7. Counseling of patients and relatives as and when necessary

8. Implementation of NABH policies and procedures

9. Participation in mock drills. Implementation of Policies and Procedures of the hospital

10. Handling and examining OPD-based patients & directing them to proper consultant.

11. Coordinating with Hospital Consultants for various further treatments as & when required.

12. Coordinating with billing department for IPD & OPD based patients.tion

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
