We are looking for a qualified and experienced

Resident Medical Officer (RMO)

to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing round-the-clock medical care, monitoring patients, and coordinating with consultants and nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and manage in-patient care

Handle medical emergencies and provide timely treatment

Assist consultants during rounds and procedures

Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff

Ensure hospital protocols and clinical standards are followed

Requirements:

MBBS degree from a recognized institution

Valid Medical Council registration

3-5 years of clinical experience

as RMO or similar role

Strong clinical and decision-making skills

Willingness to work in shifts (day/night)

Good communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Skills:

Experience in hospital or clinical settings

Ability to handle emergency situations calmly

Basic life support (BLS/ACLS) certification
