Job Summary



The MBBS RMO will provide round-the-clock medical support in the hospital, ensuring timely assessment, treatment, and monitoring of patients under the guidance of senior consultants. This role requires strong clinical skills, decision-making ability, and patient care commitment.

Key Responsibilities



Perform initial assessment and routine check-ups of admitted patients. Assist consultants in diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient management. Monitor patient progress, document observations, and update medical records regularly. Manage medical emergencies and initiate basic life support measures when required. Coordinate with nursing staff, paramedics, and other departments to ensure comprehensive care. Attend ward rounds with consultants and implement treatment orders. Ensure proper handover of cases during shift changes. Educate patients and attendants about diagnosis, treatment, and discharge instructions. Maintain compliance with hospital policies, protocols, and infection control measures.

Skills & Competencies



Sound knowledge of general medicine and emergency care. Strong clinical judgment and patient management skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to work in rotational shifts, including nights and weekends. Compassionate, ethical, and professional approach to patient care.

Work Environment



Inpatient wards, ICU, emergency department, and OPD support as required. Rotational duties as per hospital schedule.

Pay: Up to ?180,000.00 per month
