Job Description
:
The Resident Medical Officer provides continuous medical care to inpatients and emergency cases under the supervision of senior doctors. The RMO is responsible for patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and monitoring, ensuring high-quality and timely medical care.
Assess, diagnose, and manage patients admitted to wards and emergency units
Provide immediate care in medical emergencies and trauma cases
Perform routine clinical procedures (e.g., IV cannulation, catheterization, suturing)
Monitor patients' progress and modify treatment plans as required
Conduct daily ward rounds and update patient management plans
Ensure accurate documentation of medical records and treatment notes
