Job Description

The Resident Medical Officer (RMO) is responsible for providing round-the-clock medical care to patients, supporting senior doctors, and ensuring effective clinical management within the hospital. The role involves handling emergencies, patient monitoring, and maintaining accurate medical records.

Key Responsibilities

Provide immediate medical care to patients in wards, ICU, and emergency departments Examine patients, diagnose illnesses, and initiate appropriate treatment Assist consultants and senior doctors during rounds, procedures, and surgeries Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in clinical condition Handle medical emergencies and provide first-line treatment Prescribe medications and ensure proper implementation of treatment plans Maintain accurate and timely patient medical records Coordinate with nursing staff and other departments for patient care Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, safety standards, and ethical practices Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding care plans

Qualification : MBBS

Experience

Fresher or experienced MBBS doctors can apply Internship completion is mandatory Work Schedule Shift-based duty (day/night rotations as per hospital policy)

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
