Job Description
:
Perform initial patient assessment, history taking, and physical examinations
Assist consultants during ward rounds, procedures, and surgeries
Monitor patient progress and update treatment plans as advised
Handle medical emergencies and provide first-line treatment
Prescribe medications and ensure accurate medical documentation
Order, interpret, and follow up on laboratory and diagnostic tests
Maintain detailed patient records and discharge summaries
Communicate effectively with patients, families, nurses, and healthcare staff
Ensure adherence to hospital policies, protocols, and ethical standards
Participate in clinical meetings, audits, and training programs.
Give proper handover to other doctor.
