Key Responsibilities
Clinical assessment of Ayushman patients
Case documentation as per PM-JAY guidelines
Coordinate with treating consultants and Ayushman desk
Ensure medical justification for procedures & packages
Respond to queries, audits, and medical clarifications
Support claim processing and closure
10 hours shift
Required Skills
Sound clinical knowledge
Familiarity with Ayushman Bharat PM-JAY workflows
Strong documentation and coordination skills
Ability to handle portal-related medical queries
