Key Responsibilities:



Identify and develop new clients in the

construction, real estate, and infrastructure

sectors for RMC supply Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, contractors, builders, and consultants Understand customer needs and provide customized RMC solutions Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned Conduct site visits, follow-ups, and coordinate timely deliveries Negotiate prices and finalize orders as per company policies Coordinate with the plant, logistics, and quality teams to ensure timely execution of orders Prepare and maintain records of daily calls, enquiries, and sales reports Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in any field (Civil Engineering / Business preferred) 1-3 years of experience in

RMC sales or construction material sales

Good knowledge of construction processes and RMC product usage Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Basic understanding of CRM tools and MS Office Willingness to travel within assigned territory
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
