Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for RMC.
Prepare and submit competitive quotations and tenders.
2. Customer Relationship Management
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business.
Provide technical support and product knowledge to customers.
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and delivery issues promptly.
3. Marketing & Promotion
Conduct site visits, client meetings, and product presentations.
Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry networking events.
Implement marketing strategies to increase market share and brand visibility.
4. Market Research
Gather information on competitors, market trends, and customer needs.
Suggest pricing strategies based on market demand and competition.
5. Coordination
Work closely with the production and logistics team to ensure timely delivery.
Coordinate with quality control for trial mixes and product demonstrations.
