KJS Concrete is hiring an experienced RMC Plant Pump Operator responsible for operating concrete pump machinery and ensuring safe, smooth and timely concrete pumping at project sites. The role requires close coordination with plant and site teams to meet operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Operate RMC concrete pump machines safely and efficiently.
Ensure proper pumping and placement of concrete as per site requirements.
Conduct pre-start inspections of pump, pipelines and accessories.
Monitor pump performance during operations and report any faults or breakdowns.
Coordinate with batching plant operators, site engineers, and supervisors.
Maintain daily records of pumping activities and machine usage.
Follow all safety guidelines and ensure safe working practices at site.
Perform basic cleaning and routine maintenance of pump equipment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an RMC Plant Pump Operator.
Practical knowledge of concrete pump operations and safety procedures.
Basic understanding of hydraulic and mechanical systems.
Ability to work under site conditions and time pressure.
Strong focus on safety, discipline and teamwork.
Good Communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile
ITI or technical qualification preferred.
Experience in Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) industry will be an advantage.
Willingness to work in shifts and at multiple sites if required.
