Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the overall operations of the RMC plant, including production, quality control, and maintenance.
• Ensure the efficient production of Ready Mix Concrete products according to specified requirements and timelines.
• Implement and maintain safety standards and protocols to ensure a secure working environment for all plant employees.
• Coordinate with internal teams to schedule production, delivery, and logistics for concrete products.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of plant equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished products.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during production or delivery processes.
• Train, mentor, and supervise plant staff to enhance their skills and performance.

Qualifications:
6-10 years of experience in the PRECAST industry.
Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
