Job Description

A Relationship Manager (RM) builds and nurtures strong client connections, acting as the main point of contact to understand needs, offer tailored solutions (products/services), resolve issues, and ensure high satisfaction, ultimately driving retention and business growth through upselling, cross-selling, and strategic planning, often involving collaboration with internal teams. Key duties include client communication, needs assessment, service delivery, feedback collection, sales targets, and using CRM tools.


Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

: Build, maintain, and deepen long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients.

Needs Analysis & Solutions

: Understand client goals and challenges to offer suitable products/services (e.g., financial advice, loans, insurance).

Customer Service

: Act as a single point of contact, addressing queries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive experience


Business Development

: Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and new business, meeting sales targets.


Strategic Planning

: Use client feedback and market trends to develop strategies for retention and growth.


Internal Collaboration
