We are looking for a

Relationship Management Trainee

to enhance customer experience and streamline service coordination within our automotive operations. Candidates with a background in mechanical or automobile engineering and a strong interest in client engagement are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and nurture lasting relationships with customers Assist in scheduling vehicle services, follow-ups, and addressing customer queries Liaise with the service department to ensure timely updates and vehicle delivery Communicate service needs and technical details in a customer-friendly manner Collect and manage customer feedback to improve service satisfaction Keep accurate records of services and customer interactions

Candidate Requirements

Educational qualification: Degree/B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Customer-centric mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving Eagerness to work in a performance-driven, service-focused environment
