End to end resource management, understand lifecycle, internal fulfilment, bench management etc
Develop and maintain a resource plan to meet project and business requirements.
Allocate resources (human, equipment, financial) based on project scope, deadlines, and priorities.
Track resource availability and utilization to ensure the right resources are in place at the right time.
Team Coordination:
Work with project managers and department leaders to assess resource needs for ongoing and upcoming projects.
Ensure that team members have the necessary tools, equipment, and support to perform their roles effectively.
Resolve resource conflicts and balance workloads across departments or projects.
Resource Optimization:
Identify underutilized resources and reallocate them to areas where they are needed most.
Monitor and analyze resource performance, identify gaps, and implement improvements to maximize efficiency.
Develop strategies for reducing resource wastage and improving cost-efficiency.
Forecasting & Reporting:
Delivery Forecast & Revenue forecast
Prepare regular reports on resource usage, capacity, and availability.
Forecast future resource needs based on project pipelines and company goals.
Analyze and report on resource utilization metrics to management.
Budget Management:
Oversee the budgeting of resources to ensure optimal allocation without overspending.
Help prepare financial forecasts related to resource needs, including labor and equipment costs.
Track spending against budgets and recommend adjustments as necessary.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Collaborate with project managers, HR, and other departments to define and communicate resource requirements.
Participate in meetings with senior management to ensure resource needs are aligned with strategic objectives.
Process Improvement:
Continuously assess and improve the resource management processes to streamline workflows and increase efficiency.
Implement best practices for resource management across the organization.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Human Resources, or a related field (required).
Experience:
4+ years of experience in resource management, project management, or operations.
Experience with resource management software or project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Monday.com, etc.) is preferred.
