Position Overview: As a Regional Manager - Security within the hospitality industry, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of guests, employees, and assets across various properties within your designated region. You will play a crucial role in implementing security measures, managing security personnel, and fostering a secure environment that enhances the overall guest experience. Your leadership and strategic thinking will contribute to the success of our hospitality operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Security Strategy and Planning:

• Develop and execute comprehensive security strategies tailored to the unique needs of each property within the region.
• Collaborate with property managers and executives to align security initiatives with the overall guest service and business objectives.

Team Management:

• Lead and oversee security teams across multiple properties, ensuring proper staffing, training, and performance management.
• Foster a customer service-oriented approach among security staff while maintaining a focus on safety and security.

Physical Security Measures:

• Implement and maintain security protocols, including access control, surveillance systems, and alarm systems, to safeguard guests, employees, and assets.
• Conduct regular assessments of property vulnerabilities and recommend improvements to enhance security measures.

Emergency Response and Incident Management:

• Develop and communicate emergency response plans and procedures to security teams, ensuring swift and effective responses to incidents.
• Coordinate with property management and local authorities during crisis situations.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Collaborate closely with other departments, such as guest services, operations, and HR, to ensure a seamless integration of security efforts.
• Communicate security policies, procedures, and updates to employees, guests, and stakeholders.

Regulatory Compliance:

• Stay informed about industry-specific regulations, standards, and best practices related to security in the hospitality sector.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legal requirements and maintain appropriate documentation.

Training and Development:

• Develop and deliver security training programs for both security staff and other employees to promote a culture of security awareness.
• Regularly assess training needs and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
