We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Relationship Manager with hands-on experience in Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP) sourcing and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and acquire Home Loan & LAP customers through open market, connectors, and channel partners
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to loan disbursement
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners
Achieve monthly business targets and ensure high customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and daily sales activities
Coordinate with credit, operations, and other internal teams for smooth processing
Market intelligence gathering and competitor analysis for business growth
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience in selling Home Loans & LAP
Strong understanding of mortgage, secured loan products, and market processes
Good communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills
Ability to achieve monthly sales targets
Local market knowledge of Vizianagaram preferred
Qualification:
