Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kochi for a Relationship Manager. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding and addressing client needs, and ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout the loan processing journey. Additional duties include promoting lending solutions, providing financial guidance, and collaborating with internal teams to meet customer goals effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Handle customer queries, follow-ups, and issue resolution
Source new customers through field visits and calls
Achieve monthly business and sales targets
Collect, verify, and submit customer documents
Coordinate with internal teams for loan processing and approvals
Maintain daily reports and update CRM/trackers
Skills Required
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Customer handling ability
Basic computer knowledge
Target-driven and self-motivated
Experience in sales, finance, or NBFCs is an added advantage
Qualifications
Any Degree
6 months to 1 year of relevant experience preferred
