About the Role:
The Relationship Manager - Direct will be responsible for acquiring and managing Educational Institution Finance clients through direct sourcing. The role focuses on building long-term institutional relationships and driving sustainable portfolio growth.
Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire Educational Institution clients through direct field sourcing
• Engage with schools, colleges, trusts, and educational bodies
• Understand funding requirements and structure finance solutions
• Build and manage a strong acquisition pipeline
• Coordinate with credit and operations teams for case processing
• Ensure documentation accuracy and policy compliance
• Maintain portfolio quality and client relationships
