b) Real estate, international property consultants (CBRE, C&W, JLL, Colliers, Knight Frank).

Key responsibilities



Adhering to all Compliance and safety standards in all activities. Support zones in Valuations of property (residential, commercial, land parcels); property identification; commercial negotiations; deal finalization; market assessment of property Prepare reports for management approvals and information Supporting zones in technical aspects for all projects. Providing cost optimization ideas. Coordination with Zonal teams and other internal & external stakeholders.

Desirables:

Good knowledge of market trends. Knowledge of latest tools trends of Real estate business
