• Work with Risk Operations and Risk IT teams to modernize the risk reporting architecture and enhance system efficiencies.
• Analyze and optimize existing BAU (Business-As-Usual) reporting processes, tools, and infrastructure.
• Extract business logic from legacy SQL/VBA code and manual operations to streamline reporting.
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of a comprehensive risk data dictionary.
• Collaborate with Market and Credit Risk Officers to study and improve operational workflows.
• Develop and support tactical reporting tools; assist in Qlik dashboard implementation for enhanced risk reporting.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles, ensuring accuracy and functionality of risk tools.
• Communicate key findings from data analytics to senior Market/Credit Risk Managers.
• Interface with third-party applications for risk reporting and analytics.
• Design and troubleshoot complex VBA macros across MS Office tools.
• Drive process improvements through report automation to minimize manual errors and inefficiencies.

What We're Looking For:Education:

• Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Financial Engineering, IT, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Finance.

Experience:

• 3 to 7 years in Market/Credit Risk Management, Risk Control, or Risk Reporting.

Technical Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Excel, VBA, and SQL.
• Hands-on experience in Python and working knowledge of databases such as Oracle and SQL Server.
• Exposure to QlikSense, SharePoint, and risk systems.
• Understanding of financial products including fixed income, derivatives, and liquidity risk.
• Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
