Assessment of risks, recommend measures and raise any critical risks to the team on ground to maintain the portfolio quality
Preparation of monthly & quarterly reports for RBI and NHB reporting and risk management reports
Monitoring of the Escrow accounts and statement and reporting to the management for any change in the escrow collection trends and any leakages
Post disbursement verification of source & application of funds
Monitor and oversee the disbursement activities for the real estate lending portfolio and ensure compliance of all sanction conditions
Coordination with internal and external stakeholders for monitoring related activities and ensure timely receipt of data
Identify and highlight EWS (Early Warning Signals) to internal stakeholders within stipulated timelines and incorporate the data gathered form the ground team in EWS model
Collection of documents and gathering related information as per covenant for each project and flagging any gaps identified
Maintenance and tracking of covenants and other post disbursement sanction conditions
Issuance of NOC as per the defined guidelines and ensuring compliance in line with NOC norms
Liasoning with the business, operations and legal teams for preparation of audit reports
Resolve the queries raised by internal or external audit team based on inputs from stake holders
Key Skills: o Relevant experience in Bank/ NBFCs with exposure to Real Estate funding
Understanding of Real Estate Industry
Well Versed in working on MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, analytical thinking
