Risk Manager - Product/Transaction Risk Framework Position Overview Job Title: Risk Manager - Product/Transaction Risk Framework Corporate Title: Assistant Vice President Location: Mumbai Role Description Non-Financial Risk Management is looking for a dynamic professional to join our Americas Product Governance team in the Product Governance function, which is responsible for the management of the Product Lifecycle and Structured Transaction Lifecycle Frameworks to ensure appropriate due diligence takes place prior to the implementation of any new product, business initiative or non-vanilla transaction, that all products are regularly reviewed throughout their Lifecycle and that potential risks are appropriately assessed and managed. This is a key role within the group and in this role, you will be a critical member of the team and will be exposed to senior stakeholders across all regions and businesses in the Bank You will be responsible for several key functions, delivering projects, and presenting to senior management and oversight committees, working closely with a varied and global Deutsche Bank network. This role would be an excellent opportunity for any experienced Risk Manager and someone with governance and analytical skills who is keen to develop an in-depth understanding of how to apply these to Product Governance in a global financial institution. The Chief Risk Office function has Group-wide responsibility for the management and control of all credit, market, operational, enterprise and liquidity risks and has the responsibility of continual development of methods for risk measurement, frameworks and creating a bank wide strong risk culture.
