Job Requirements
Job Title: Risk & Portfolio Analyst
Function / Department: Portfolio Analytics & Regulatory Reporting
Job Purpose:
The role holder has the responsibility to review the performance of all retail asset products and continuously monitor risk across the portfolio. It entails the responsibility to automate the process and implement tools and frameworks to adhere to the statutory guidelines contributing to the larger objectives of the bank.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Portfolio analytics and monitoring performance of all retail asset products and initiate key actions from time to time
Develop, implement and maintain automated reporting for managing and monitoring risk across all retail asset products
Ind-AS (IFRS 9) implementation - Model development of PD, LGD and EAD
Regular reporting of ECL numbers for retail as per approved policy of the bank
Develop ICAAP stress testing, loss forecasting models for retail assets
Risk related regulatory reporting to various committees and authorities
Assure adherence to the guidelines set by the bank
Ensure bank meets the audit, compliance and regulatory requirements
Keep track on macro-economic developments and incorporate the same in business strategies
Review and validation of score cards for Retail lending products and continuously monitoring the same.
Education Qualification:
Educational Qualifications:
Graduation: Bachelor of Commerce (B.com) / Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) / Bachelor of Arts (BA) / Bachelor of Business & Insurance (BBI) / Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS)
Post-Graduation: Master of Business Administration (MBA) / Master of Commerce (M.com) / Master of Arts (MA)
Experience: 2 - 5 years of relevant experience.
