We are looking for a Risk & Compliance Tower Lead to manage governance, compliance processes, and risk controls across the service landscape. The ideal candidate will oversee end-to-end compliance operations, drive audit readiness, and act as the SPOC for escalations and governance matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the Risk & Compliance tower and ensure adherence to internal controls and regulatory requirements.
Manage governance reviews, risk assessments, and compliance reporting.
Handle escalations and coordinate with cross-functional teams for timely resolution.
Monitor compliance gaps, define corrective actions, and implement process improvements.
Support audit activities and maintain required documentation.
Oversee policy compliance, SOP updates, and risk mitigation strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in IT Risk, Compliance, Audit, or Governance roles.
Strong understanding of risk frameworks, compliance standards, and control processes.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and escalation handling skills.
Experience managing cross-functional teams or serving as a tower/SPOC lead.
Strong analytical thinking with attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
Good to Have:
Experience in SOX, ISO, or regulatory compliance environments.
Certifications such as ITIL, CISA, CRISC, or related.
