What would you do?

You will be aligned with our Risk and Compliance vertical and help us perform compliance reviews, publish reports with actions and provide closure guidance as needed. We design & recommend effective controls to mitigate risks and help service delivery team prepare for upcoming client / external audits. Educated to Degree Level o Familiar with a wide range of external data sources and third-party systems to be covered as a part of the due diligence process. o Relevant financial service experience, ideally within risk, compliance or financial crime. o A good understanding of effective risk management o Experience of working with high-risk client groups o Knowledge of the regulatory environment is highly desirable o Strong analytical ability and attention to detail and strong research skills and experience with the Internet and on-line research systems You will be working as a part of the Risk & compliance team which is responsible for helping clients and organizations identify risks and create mitigation plans. o Detail oriented, with the ability to work independently and multi-task effectively o Excellent written and verbal communication skills o Flexible to work in rotation shifts, time management, and ability to prioritize and work effectively to tight deadlines Review of effectiveness, quality, impact and influence of Internal Audit as it pertains to risk management and compliance objectives. In addition, providing advisory and execution to ensure internal audit functions remain fit for the future in line with Internal Audit standards and leading practices - across the dimensions of Governance, Operating Model, Process, Data, Analytics, Technology, Talent, Skills and Performance Management.

What are we looking for?

o Experience working in Client On-boarding, Account Maintenance, Customer Identification Program (CIP) and Know Your Customer (KYC) processes. o Conducting PEPs (Politically Exposed Persons) screening and adverse media checks o Proven analytical skills, problem solving ability, and a control mentality paired with meticulous attention to detail. o Aptitude for building relationships and ability to communicate complex issues to a wide array of internal clients with differing levels of product experience. o Self-motivated and proactive team player who takes ownership and accountability & has strong organizational skills as well as the ability to effectively manage competing priorities. o Flexible and able to work well under pressure, manage high volumes, and collaborate with a global team while maintaining a positive attitude. o Proficiency using the Microsoft Office Suite in particular Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Word.
