KPMG Investigations team helps organizations detect, manage, and deter fraud, misappropriation, bribery and corruption, related risks by conducting or assisting with proactive and reactive investigations. The team also focuses on helping clients manage various regulatory risks emanating from money laundering and terrorist financing exposure. Further, KPMG Contract Management team support clients capture obligations, identify risks within their contracting practice/process and helps in reducing disputes and litigation risk. Your responsibilities will include: Contract risk management aspects for KPMG Clients, \xc3\x98 Having 8-12 years of extensive end-to-end contract management experience \xc3\x98 Deep knowledge to contract risk reviews, redlining and first-line negotiation \xc3\x98 Substantive experience with contract key clause abstraction and obligation management \xc3\x98 Expansive stakeholder management and communication experience \xc3\x98 Thorough familiarity of contract management tools, such as SirionLabs, Aptus, iCertis, Ariba etc. \xc3\x98 Substantive understanding of risks and suggesting recommendations with data management, on clients\xe2\x80\x99 systems/contracting tools and related MIS reporting needs \xc3\x98 Vast experience in assisting with business development efforts in this area, conducting research, writing and helping in preparing proposals The candidate Qualifications - Consistent education with 60% and above X, XII, Graduation and Post-graduation. Law degree from a reputed Indian/International institute. Prior forensic and risk management experience would be an added advantage. The Individual \xe2\x80\xa2 Commercial acumen and market alertness \xe2\x80\xa2 Innovative, strategic, and pragmatic thinking \xe2\x80\xa2 An eye for detail and ability to add value in complex analysis \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to grasp and understand the key issues in a case and solve problems to meet the needs of the clients. \xe2\x80\xa2 Business writing and presentation skills both oral and written that help promote clarity and present persuasive options. \xe2\x80\xa2 High level of computer literacy with specific knowledge of data analysis tools and MS-Office \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills - both verbal and written \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to build collaborative and inclusive relationships within and outside of the firm \xe2\x80\xa2 Resilience and agility especially during stringent deadlines, fast-changing environments, processes, and structures \xe2\x80\xa2 The role is client facing and may require travel within the country and overseas in future (in adherence to pandemic driven guidelines)
