Work you’ll do

• Having Experience as a DevOps/Build & Release Engineer for Configuration Management, Version Control Systems.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and exposure to AGILE methodology.
• Experienced in working on DevOps/Agile operations process and tools area (Code review, unit test automation, Build & Release automation, Environment, and Services etc…)
• Experience in working on version control systems like GIT.
• Extensive experience using MAVEN and ANT as build tools for the building of Deployable artifacts (jar, war & ear) from source code.
• Experience in conceptualization and implementation of CI/CD pipeline using tools like Maven (Jenkins /Git /artifactory/Docker /containers.
• Create and establish a build process using Maven to perform builds efficiently and deployment of the application using Tomcat.
• Experience in Build & Release Activities, which in Faves Building source code, handling and administration of Version control tools (Subversion, Git), maintaining CI environments (Jenkins/Hudson)
• Hands-on expertise in implementing DevOps culture through CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Code Deploy, Code Pipeline and configuration management tool with Ansible.
• Having strong knowledge in writing playbooks in Ansible.
• Having experience in creating Docker Container by downloading Images and running
• Experience in using Nexus Repository Managers for Maven and Ant builds.
• Excellent knowledge on handling Production support issues related to order systems.
• Day to day jobs included handling Tickets, Monitoring,Troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Experience in using Bug Tracking tools like Jira.
• Managed Amazon web services like EC2, S3, Bucket, RD3,EBS,ELB,AMI,IAM Roles through AWS Console.
