Key Responsibilities
Create and maintain character and prop rigs for games and 3D projects
Develop skeletal structures, controls, and deformation systems
Ensure rigs are optimized for real-time engines and production pipelines
Work closely with animators to support animation requirements
Troubleshoot rigging and deformation issues
Maintain consistency with project standards and timelines
Required Skills & Qualifications
Diploma or degree in Animation, 3D Art, or a related field
Proven experience as a Rigging Artist in games or animation projects
Strong knowledge of skeletal setup, skinning, and deformation
Proficiency in tools such as Maya, Blender, or similar software
Understanding of animation pipelines and workflows
Preferred Skills
Experience with game engines such as Unity or Unreal
Knowledge of facial rigging and blend shapes
Scripting knowledge (Python/MEL) is a plus
