We are looking for an experienced

Rigger

to support lifting, shifting, and installation activities in our machine manufacturing industry. The candidate will be responsible for safely handling heavy machinery, equipment, and materials using lifting tools and rigging techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform rigging operations for lifting, shifting, and placing heavy machinery and components. Inspect lifting equipment (ropes, chains, slings, shackles, hooks, etc.) before use. Coordinate with crane operators and other team members to ensure safe lifting and positioning. Read and interpret load charts, lifting plans, and safety guidelines. Secure loads properly to avoid accidents, damage, or hazards. Assist in equipment installation, alignment, and assembly as required. Adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations during all rigging activities. Maintain rigging tools and lifting accessories in proper working condition.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of rigging techniques, lifting tools, and equipment handling. Ability to calculate load weights and balance lifting operations. Hands-on experience in working with cranes, hoists, and other lifting devices. Good communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with operators and supervisors. Strong awareness of workplace safety and hazard prevention.

Eligibility:

Qualification:

ITI / Trade Certificate in relevant field (preferred).

Experience:

Minimum 2+ years in machine manufacturing, heavy equipment, construction, or similar industries.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
