CMGA Sarl is hiring an experienced

Rice Mill Supervisor

from India for an overseas assignment at our rice milling facility in Saint-Louis, Senegal.

The selected candidate will report to the Plant Manager and will be responsible for supervising rice milling operations, optimizing paddy utilization, and managing rice by-products for animal feed preparation, while improving overall plant efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise end-to-end rice milling operations:

paddy intake, cleaning, dehusking, whitening, polishing, grading, and packing

Optimize paddy processing to improve yield, quality, and reduce losses Manage rice by-products (bran, broken rice, husk) for

animal feed production

Operate and monitor rice mill and feed-related machinery such as grinders, mixers, elevators, conveyors, and bagging systems Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure smooth and continuous operations Implement productivity improvements and cost-saving measures Maintain daily production, efficiency, and downtime reports Train and supervise local operators and technicians Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards
Candidate Requirements

Indian national with

experience in modern rice mills

Minimum 5 years of experience as Rice Mill Supervisor / Shift In-Charge / Production Supervisor Hands-on experience in

animal feed preparation using rice mill by-products

Strong knowledge of rice milling machinery and feed processing equipment Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills Ability to manage teams and work under the Plant Manager Good communication skills in English Willingness to work overseas in Senegal for a long-term assignment
