We are looking for an experienced and reliable Rice Mill Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth mill operations, maintaining production quality, and managing daily processing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the quality check of incoming raw materials (Paddy) and supervise unloading.
Operate the rice mill at maximum efficiency while ensuring consistent production of high-quality rice.
Supervise packaging, stacking, and loading of rice and all by-products.
Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely output.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and operational standards within the mill.
Required Experience & Skills:
Minimum 2 years of experience working in a rice mill or similar processing unit.
Must be fluent in Hindi and Bengali (spoken).
Strong understanding of rice milling processes and machinery.
Ability to handle physical tasks and manage labour when required.
Bonus Skills:
Experience or skill in stock management will be considered a strong advantage.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
