Job Summary:

The Rhythmic Gymnastics Coach is responsible for planning, organizing, and delivering rhythmic gymnastics lessons and training sessions to students in accordance with the school's physical education curriculum and extracurricular sports program. The coach will foster skill development, teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship while ensuring student safety and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and conduct rhythmic gymnastics classes for students of varying ages and skill levels. Teach fundamental and advanced techniques in apparatus handling (ribbon, hoop, ball, clubs, rope) and body movement. Develop structured training programs that promote flexibility, coordination, balance, strength, and rhythm. Prepare students for school competitions, performances, and events. Ensure a safe training environment by following proper safety and injury prevention procedures. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback. Maintain and care for rhythmic gymnastics equipment. Collaborate with other physical education staff and participate in school sports activities. Promote the values of discipline, perseverance, and fair play. Keep accurate attendance and performance records.
