Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Executive to manage and grow our online presence. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in social media management, LinkedIn campaigns, Canva designing, video editing, and a strong understanding of digital marketing algorithms.Key Responsibilities:- Develop, plan, and execute engaging content strategies across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).- Manage the LinkedIn company page to enhance employer branding, lead generation, and professional networking.- Design high-quality graphics, posts, and creatives using Canva (or similar tools).- Edit and produce engaging short-form and long-form videos for campaigns, reels, and ads.- Monitor social media algorithms and optimize content for maximum reach and engagement.- Track and analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, leads, conversions) and prepare regular reports.- Stay up to date with the latest trends, updates, and best practices in digital marketing, social media, and content creation.- Collaborate with internal teams to align campaigns with business goals.Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.- Proven experience (1-3 years) as a Digital Marketing Executive/Social Media Manager or similar role.- Strong knowledge of social media algorithms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).- Proficiency in Canva, video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Filmora, or similar).- Excellent communication skills, creativity, and attention to detail.- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on deadlines.- Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and paid ad campaigns will be an added advantage.
