Voxelmaps is building the world\xe2\x80\x99s most accurate 4D volumetric model of the earth, combining high-resolution scans using the latest LiDAR and HD imaging sensors, fused with a wide variety of other rich content. The result is a new form of mapping which provides superior levels of accuracy, information, and insight. Voxelmaps has developed a patented technology that divides the planet into a dense matrix of multi-resolution voxels (3D pixel), with each voxel having a permanent location and address. The automated feature extraction is performed on this model using Voxelmaps\xe2\x80\x99 developed AI software tools. Voxelmaps is looking for a Contract & Pricing Analyst. Reporting directly to the COO and Lead Project Accountant, they will be expected to hit the ground running and integrate within the team. This role is to assist this high growth start-up technology company with offices in the US, Mexico City, UK and Europe. THIS IS A REMOTE ROLE. Responsibilities
- Manage RFQ generation, proposal analysis, documentation, PO generation, and subcontractor and supplier follow-up.
- Lead and educate internal stakeholders in the proper use of document review and approval processes using SharePoint document management tools.
- Develop and issue structured requests for information (RFI, RFQ, and RFP).
- Interface with other company departments
- Acquire bids via RFP, process specifications, test equipment, process reports, and other exhibits that may be require.
- Develop detailed PowerPoint presentations for corporate meetings.
- Request additional documentation and clarification from payroll companies as well as locals as needed
- Establishing and maintaining good relationships with project delivery teams and the wider finance function
- Helping with development of financial plans for various projects and monitor performance against these plans
- Helping to define appropriate end-to-end finance processes to improve the control environment and deliver operational efficiencies
- Understand business challenges/needs etc. and enabling change in a hands-on manner by identifying opportunities for efficiencies and improvements
- Working collaboratively with both finance and non-finance teams across international offices
- Working with the management team to develop business intelligence to help drive efficiencies in projects
- Previous experience in the similar role is advantage
- Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze and interpret significant amounts of financial data
- Strong organizational skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well as part of a geographically dispersed team as well as on their own
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Software
- Extensive experience with RFQ/RFP processes is a must.
- Extensive experience with Contracts and Statements of Work (SOW) processes and formats
- 2-5 years Contracts RFPs and Pricing
- 2-5 years Presentation to C-Suite Executives
- BS/BA in Business Administration (MBA preferred)
