Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and skilled RFP Writer to support our IT staffing and services business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality responses to RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and proposals for US-based clients, ensuring compliance, clarity, and competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and respond to RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and client questionnaires for IT staffing and technology services. Collaborate with Recruitment, Sales, HR, Finance, and Leadership teams to gather required inputs. Draft, edit, and finalize proposal documents, capability statements, and pitch decks. Ensure responses meet client requirements, deadlines, and formatting standards. Maintain and update a proposal content library (company profiles, resumes, case studies, boilerplate content). Customize proposals based on client industry, scope, and compliance needs. Track proposal submissions, versions, and outcomes for continuous improvement. Ensure consistency in branding, tone, and messaging across all proposals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as an RFP / Proposal Writer, preferably in IT staffing or IT services. Strong written communication, editing, and proofreading skills. Experience working with US clients and proposal standards. Ability to interpret complex technical and staffing requirements. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and document formatting.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with US IT staffing models (W2, C2C, 1099). Experience with VMS/MSP proposals and compliance documentation. Knowledge of tools like SharePoint, Google Docs, or proposal management systems. Basic understanding of IT technologies and staffing processes.
