Key Responsibilities



RFP Identification & Analysis





Track public and private sector RFP portals for relevant opportunities.


Analyze RFP documents for eligibility, budget, scope, deliverables, and compliance requirements.


Maintain a calendar of upcoming deadlines and deliverables.

Proposal Preparation & Submission





Coordinate internally with technical, legal, finance, and leadership teams to gather proposal inputs.


Draft customized proposals, including company credentials, technical approach, timelines, budget breakdowns, and contact information.


Ensure proposals are formatted professionally and comply with the issuer's instructions (word limits, formats, annexures, etc.).


Submit proposals via email, portal uploads, or physical copies as required.

Stakeholder Management





Liaise with the client's point of contact for clarifications, pre-bid meetings, and updates.


Maintain an internal repository of submitted proposals and feedback received.

Documentation & Compliance





Prepare and update boilerplate content such as company profiles, legal docs, project case studies, and certificates.


Ensure all submitted documents meet legal, financial, and regulatory requirements.

Process Optimization





Establish standardized templates and checklists to streamline future submissions.


Track win/loss metrics and improve proposal quality over time.

Key Requirements



Experience:





2-5 years in a similar role, preferably in the IT, SaaS, consulting, or government tender space.

Education:





Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.

Skills:





Excellent command over written English and business communication.


Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe PDF.


Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work with cross-functional teams.


* Familiarity with government procurement portals (e.g., GeM, CPPP, eTender) and private bid platforms.
