Join our cutting-edge antenna development team and play a key role in shaping the future of mobile communication. We're looking for a passionate RF Developer to drive innovation in radiator and antenna front-end design within our product development organization.
As an RF Developer, you will focus on developing radiating elements and passive radiation pattern-shaping structures for our mobile communication base station antennas. You'll be involved in the entire development cycle--from concept to integration--working with state-of-the-art simulation tools and collaborating in cross-functional, international teams where innovation and continuous improvement are part of everyday life.
What You'll Do
Design, simulate, and verify radiating components for passive multiband base station antennas and active antenna systems
Drive the 3D simulation and development of radiating components from initial concept to mass production
Integrate and optimize radiating elements within the overall antenna system
Conduct and support RF measurements on hardware prototypes
Document and present results clearly within project and department teams
Collaborate with stakeholders to support troubleshooting and technical guidance
Continuously improve component design, performance, and cost-efficiency
Work closely within cross-functional, global teams to share knowledge and innovate together
What you bring
------------------
Bachelor's with relevant experience, or a Master's/University degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with a strong RF background
Proven experience in RF and antenna design
Solid understanding of radiating component development and integration
Expertise in 3D EM simulation tools (e.g., CST Microwave Studio, Ansys HFSS)
Experience with 2D simulation tools (e.g., AWR Microwave Office, Keysight ADS)
Basic knowledge of RF and antenna measurement techniques
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Highly motivated, with a structured and self-driven work style
Excellent teamwork and communication skills in an international environment
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
Nice to Have
Experience with RF filter design or frequency selective surfaces (FSS)
Familiarity with machine learning and optimization algorithms
