Job Title: Rewards Engineer- Java
Experience: 2-4 Years
Location: Pune
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Only

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Rewards Engineer with 2-4 years of experience to join our team on a 6-month contractual engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of technical knowledge and business analysis skills, with the ability to work in Agile environments and contribute to end-to-end solution delivery.
Key Responsibilities

• Design, define, and execute project solution plans; revise plans as required to meet project goals.

• Execute project solutions using Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and DevOps practices.

• Organize programs into workstreams, develop detailed plans, and identify and manage dependencies.

• Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs.

• Document business and technical requirements, define technical scope and objectives, and support the full SDLC lifecycle.

• Act as a bridge between designers, product owners, managers, and developers by translating business requirements into system requirements.

• Conduct gap analysis between current (as-is) and future (to-be) state requirements.

• Review existing manual operational processes to support requirement gathering and documentation.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solution alignment with business needs.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in system analysis, solution design, or engineering roles.

• Experience building integrations with multiple internal systems using service-oriented architecture (SOA) and middleware technologies.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with clear and effective communication abilities.

• Hands-on technical knowledge of:

• Java and Spring Boot

• MySQL or other relational databases

• Microservices architecture

• Cloud platforms

• Messaging/streaming technologies such as Kafka

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience working in fast-paced Agile delivery environments.

• Exposure to DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.

• Understanding of rewards, loyalty, or incentive-based systems is a plus.
