Job Summary

We are looking for a

Revit Piping Designer

to create high-quality, clash-free 3D BIM models and construction documentation for

MEP and process piping

projects. You will work with multi-disciplinary teams to model piping systems accurately from P&IDs and design inputs, coordinate clashes, and produce drawings and quantity outputs.

Key Responsibilities

Create detailed

3D Revit MEP piping models

for HVAC piping, domestic water, drainage, and industrial/process pipework. Interpret

P&IDs

, layouts, specifications, and engineering mark-ups into coordinated 3D routing. Support

clash coordination

with structural/architectural/electrical/MEP teams using

Navisworks

(preferred). Produce

2D drawings

, sections, details, isometrics (if required), schedules, and documentation from the model. Generate

BOM/MTO

and assist with material take-offs. Manage BIM content, libraries, and manufacturer families to maintain model accuracy and consistency.
RequirementsEducation

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Civil Engineering / Building Services / relevant drafting discipline.
Experience

2-5+ years

in piping BIM modelling/design (MEP, water/wastewater, industrial, energy, or process projects).
Software Skills

Strong

Autodesk Revit (MEP)

is mandatory.

Navisworks

are preferred.
Technical Knowledge

Understanding of piping systems, components, and materials (PVC, CS, SS, DI, etc.). Familiarity with standards/codes such as

ASME B31 / ANSI / AWWA

(project-dependent). Good coordination and communication skills for design reviews and site/constructability discussions.
Preferred Skills (Optional)

Experience with pump rooms/pumping stations, valve manifolds, industrial skids. Experience working to BIM standards, naming conventions, and QA/QC checklists.
